Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide professional, fair, and reliable driver training services at all times. Please take a moment to read through our terms and conditions before booking a course.

Licence Requirements

All clients must hold a valid full Category B (car) driving licence before starting training, as well as a provisional Category C, C1, or C1+E licence where applicable.

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the correct LGV entitlement.

Failure to produce a valid licence in the correct category will result in no refund.

Tuition and Course Fees

• All tuition and course fees must be paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment confirms your booking and secures your training dates.

Cancellation Policy

• If you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson or course, sufficient notice must be given. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

• The Instructor cannot be held responsible for any cancelled driving tests by the testing authority (e.g., DVSA). In such cases, course fees already paid are non-refundable, but alternative training dates may be offered where possible.

Complaints

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our instructors are committed to addressing any concerns promptly and in accordance with the official Code of Practice for Approved Driving Instructors.

If you are dissatisfied with any part of your training, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter quickly and professionally.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure training takes place as planned, the Instructor will not be liable for costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (e.g., mechanical failure, adverse weather, or test centre closures).
